Worries and/or anxieties can also be defined as coping skills. It’s reasons lie deep within the subconscious mind. You are doing it to you, inside you, based on what you do within your mind (again, you). You can be free of anxiety.

In modern medical terms, anxiety is characterized as a mental illness. I tend to disagree with this assessment. The physical responses and shakiness that accompany anxiety come from somewhere. As a life coach, I get to the root of the anxiety. I find out how you are creating it within you so that we can create something different. I have had several clients with severe, debilitating, anxiety. They had been either medicated, counselled, or both. We used a very different approach to safely help them to live an anxiety-free life. I use a very powerful combination of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnosis, Be Set Free Fast (BSFF),  Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Matrix reimprinting to give the client more emotional control and put them back into the driver’s seat of their lives.
