I personally understand addiction and how it works. Physical Pain & Fibromyalgia

Regardless of where your pain is or how it got there, it’s a signal for you to act. Fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) is an umbrella term for a prevalent, stress-related,  chronic pain condition. Anxiety is sometimes, but not always, the aftershock of trauma or events. Unprocessed trauma and the emotions that surface can create more fear and worry. Suppressing the causes of your anxiety only creates more anxiety.  Worries and anxieties can also be defined as coping skills. You are doing it to you, inside you, based on what you do within your mind. You can be free of anxiety.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder – PTSD

A serious and debilitating condition, PTSD is defined as an anxiety disorder that develops after exposure to a frightening event or ordeal, in which perceived threat or real physical harm has occurred.


Trauma is defined as a disordered psychic or behavioral state resulting from severe mental or emotional stress or physical injury.


You may not realize this, but relationships are the very fabric of your being. The way we relate to each and every thing in this world is determined by your connectedness to them.


What is a Problem?

Webster’s Dictionary defines a problem as “a matter or situation regarded as unwelcome or harmful and needing to be dealt with and overcome.” Problems create stress in the body which activate the fight, flight, freeze response. Over time, our problems can have dire effects on us, creating the “perfect storm” for illness and disease.
